How to elicit the "silent voices" in a local community?

Together with the Institute of Transport Economics and the public library Deichman, LÉVA explored how to use Urban Living Lab as a method for participatory planning related to developing solutions for greater inclusivity at transport hubs. The physical lab, called Homlialabben, was built at Holmlia, a suburb of Oslo. The project involved concept design, creating a collaborative meeting place in the form of a lab, developing tools with which to engage and have dialogue with the local community, and testing various solutions on site.
