Planlegging og gjennomføring av omfattende medvirkningsprosess i forbindelse med utarbeidelse av Samfunnsdelplan for Lunner kommune
Sammen med Lunner Kommune gjennomførte LÉVA en bred medvirknings- og samskapingsprosess i forbindelse med utarbeidelse av kommuneplanens samfunnsdel. Medvirkningen bestod av to hoveddeler; først en innledende og bred kartlegging av behov gjennom en digital undersøkelse, deretter en kreativ medvirkning for å sammen diskutere løsninger på kommunens utfordringer. Det ble gjennomført medvirkning tilpasset alle aldersgrupper, næringsliv, politikere og administrasjon i kommunen. Den omfattende prosessen ble godt forankret i politisk møte som en avslutning på prosessen. Som del av prosessen utviklet LÉVA flere nye medvirkningsmetoder og testet nye måter å formidle medvirkningsresultater blant annet gjennom filmproduksjon.

Participation process in Lunner
In collaboration with the municipality of Lunner LÉVA planned and carried out a broad participation and co-creation process, related to the renewal of their municipality plan. The participation consisted of two different phases. In phase one a broad mapping of the needs of the local inhabitants was conducted through a digital survey. In phase two, creative participation activities were carried out to discuss and co-create solutions to the challenges the municipality was facing. Participation activities were tailored to different groups - for example children, youth and local businesses and stakeholders, politicians and the administration of the municipality. As part of this process LÉVA developed and tested new methods and tools for communicating results, among other things, video production.
